Return Policy

 Returning Products

​

We have a pretty standard return policy.  If you are unhappy with any of our products for whatever reason, simply return it, with all of its original contents, within 14 days of receipt.  We will refund the full product price minus shipping.   

 

• Please make sure to package the item carefully, so that it arrives in the same condition it was delivered to you. 

• We fully insure all of our packages and we suggest you do as well. If the item is lost or damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.  The only way for you to receive a refund at this point, will be through an insurance claim.  Please, please, please purchase insurance.  

​Damaged Product / Missing Parts
 

If the product you received has been damaged during shipment, please contact us through our website and we will be happy to provide you with replacement parts . Please provide a photo of the damaged kit or part so we are able to what you need.  Please also include photos of the original shipping container.
